The Trefa continuous aeration whipping system is designed with the best mixing heads, pumps, control systems, aeration systems, etc., with a production capacity ranging from 25 to 1000 kg/h available for selection.
The entire process is controlled by a fully Chinese computer system, allowing for precise control of all flow rates, ratios, speeds, and inflation volumes.
The newly designed mixing head features an added pre-mixing chamber, resulting in higher whipping efficiency, lower temperature rise, and more stable products.
It accommodates a wider range of product densities, with a specific gravity range of 0.42-0.9.
An integrated all-stainless steel structure saves space and reduces installation and debugging time. (1-3 days).
